The Retreat

Restore your body and mind balance, with a program of reformer and mat Pilates, yoga and meditation. Immerse yourself in the relaxing, green surroundings of Ubud, Asia's home for wellness & spirituality. The perfect setting for exercise and spirituality, led by master teachers Sophia Oh and Emma Jory.

Pilates reformers

Unlike other Pilates retreats, we'll use Pilates reformers, in a beautiful open-air studio.

All inclusive

All food, accommodation and activities are included. Just get yourself to Ubud.

Raw food lesson

Learn from world-renowned raw food chef on living food preparation.

Body & Soul dining

The dining program alone will introduce you to a stunning array of healthy, delicious cuisine. Ubud is a world centre for healthy eating, with no less than 6 renowned plant-based restaurants that will inspire your own cooking.

Exercise

Pilates, yoga and meditation for 3-4 hours daily, to elevate your practice to a new level

Nourish

Relaxing breakfast by our accommodation, dinner and lunch at Ubud’s best restaurants.

Rest

Your teachers

Sophia Oh
Sophia Oh

Sophia is a certified Pilates and yoga instructor, with 15 years international teaching in Sydney, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Oxford. She third level lineage from the founder, Joseph Pilates. Sophia is currently based in Ubud with her family. She has been returning to the mystical island since her yoga teacher training days back in 2002.

Emma Jory
Emma Jory

Emma is a certified Pilates, yoga and Barre Instructor with 13 years teaching experience. She is a certified Health Coach and founded the Emergy Pilates Studio in Sydney. Emma was the first instructor to teach Barre in Australia. She sold her studio to move to Malaysia, where she is now based with her husband.
